Surveillance video from a car wash in Hesperia, California, shows a stroller start rolling down the driveway. The baby boy's great aunt tries to run after it, but collapses to her knees.
Ron Nessman was sitting on a bench outside of the car wash when he noticed the stroller heading straight for the busy road.
"I knew I could get [the stroller] and I got it, and I'm thankful for that, because I really wouldn't want to see the end result if I wasn't there," he said.
Nessman was there because he had just come from a job interview for a dishwashing position at Applebee's. He believes it was a case of being in the right place at the right time.
