On Christmas Eve, Sha'Kyra Aughtry heard someone outside screaming for help in the midst of a blizzard.
Aughtry and her boyfriend, Trent Alls, brought the developmentally disabled man, 64-year-old Joe White, into their home to warm up -- but Aughtry feared it was too late.
White was covered in frostbite.

The couple fed White, gave him a warm bath and tried to treat his frostbite. Due to the blizzard, emergency responders were unable to respond to her calls.
In a desperate plea for help, Aughtry took to Facebook Live.
A group of good Samaritans saw her Facebook post and helped transport White to the hospital where he is still recovering after nearly all of his fingers were amputated.
Because of what Aughtry and Alls did, the NFL gifted them two tickets to the Super Bowl this Sunday in Arizona. Delta Airlines will fly them there.
Aughtry and Alls' kids also got a surprise: a free four-day vacation for their first-ever trip to Disney World, thanks to JetBlue and The Vacationeer.
