SCDF Firefighters Save 13 Cats From Fire

Firefighters in Singapore saved the lives of 13 cats after a fire broke out in an apartment building.

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) firefighters rescued 14 unconscious cats from the fire and performed CPR on all of them.
13 of the cats eventually regained consciousness. Unfortunately, one passed away.
"Firefighters from Bukit Batok fire station conducted forcible entry into the unit and extinguished the fire using three compressed air foam backpacks," SCDF wrote in a Facebook post.
About 20 people were evacuated from neighboring apartments as a precautionary measure.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
