Video Shows Polish Firefighters Arriving In Greece To Help Fight Wildfires

Hundreds of Polish firefighters have arrived in Greece as the country continues to battle wildfires.

The Polish firefighters travelled over 1200 miles, through five countries, to help tackle some of the worst blazes in Greece.
According to Brigadier Michał Langner, the unit's commander, the Polish firefighters will operate alongside their Greek counterparts and, possibly, other international units in a bid to control the fires.

Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, said that the country was facing "a natural disaster of unprecedented proportions" in a statement addressed to the country.
