NYC Cleaning Woman Is Gifted A Penthouse By Residents
January 27, 2021
A hard working cleaning woman in New York City who hit hard times during the pandemic was gifted an apartment thanks to all the people who lived in the building where she worked.

Rosa thought she was being taken up the elevator to an apartment she had to clean -- but instead was surprised to learn that the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse was for her.
When the residents learned that Rosa had fallen on hard times, they pitched in for a two-year lease.
"The people that live here have been telling me a lot about your contributions to this building and a lot of people here in this building are a big fan of yours," the real estate agent says in the video.
"You're kind of a celebrity here, you're very well-loved, and I know it's been a tough year for you and your family and there's been a lot of financial hardships. I have a contract here for a two-year lease on this unit that some of your fans knocked together. They're taking care of it, all you have to do is sign and take the keys."
