Jason Momoa Video Chats With His Biggest Fan Who Is Battling Cancer
November 19, 2020
A seven-year-old boy battling cancer FaceTimed with Jason Momoa after the Aquaman star saw a video of the boy scream with excitement over a new Aquaman toy.

In 2017, Massachusetts native Danny Sheehan was diagnosed with Pineoblastoma, a very rare and aggressive form of brain cancer, and leptomeningeal disease, cancer in the cerebral spinal fluid.
A recent video on a Facebook page providing updates on Danny shows him squeel with excitement over his new Aquaman toy.
"Oh my gosh, my favorite one!" Danny exclaimed, followed by a jubilant "AQUAMAAAAAAAAAAN!!!"
The video reached Momoa who was able to get in contact with Danny's parents and give the boy a call.
Momoa shared footage of their video chat on Instagram Wednesday evening (there are multiple videos in the post so scroll right for more).
"So I just wanted to say thank you to the community, friends and family on Instagram for reaching out and showing me this beautiful boy Danny who is going through chemo and has cancer," Momoa said. "I saw his video online that made me want to get in touch and FaceTime him and spend some time talking to him."
