Chic-Fil-A Employee Goes Viral For His Customer Service

December 31, 2019

A Chic-fil-A employee in Wilmington, NC, is spreading kindness one order at a time.

He may just be taking your meal order, but it's the way he does it that has caught the attention of hundreds of thousands of people in a local viral video posted to Facebook by a regular customer.

Jeremiah Murrill, 20, said the customer asked if they could film him and he said "sure" and didn't think anything of it.

Little did he know that video would be viewed more than 355,000 times on Facebook.

"Luv this young man he like this ALL the time," Toya Liles captioned the video.

Murrill says he hoped the service he provides is a memorable one.

"Your actions, your behavior, or the way you interact with people matters," Murrill told WWAY. "It can transform a day."

Murrill said his dream is to own his own Chick-fil-A franchise one day.
