Florida Cancer Patient Thrown Surprise Street Parade After Last Chemo Session
August 16, 2018
A cancer patient was greeted by a surprise street parade by her friends and family to celebrate her last chemotherapy session.
Cristina Muneton, 58, was left emotional and without words when she returned home to her neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida, to discover those most dear to her holding balloons, hand-made signs and chanting celebratory songs.
The surprise had been arranged by her niece, Belkis Plata, who wanted to celebrate her aunt finalising her battle to overcome the deadly disease.
