At the end of the first quarter, 75,000 Iowa Hawkeye football fans turned and waved to the building overlooking the Stadium. Why? To say "hello" to the patients staying in the Children's Hospital.

The University of Iowa Children's Hospital was built overlooking Kinnick Stadium. Officials suggested that Hawkeye fans wave to the patients. The fans did not let the kids down.
