Priceless Photos Capture The Moment Mom Got The Shock Of Her Life

Dara Crouch recently gave birth to her second child and was certain it would be a girl since her side of the family had failed to produce a single boy in fifty years.

These photos capture the exact moment she realizes she gave birth to a boy.

The 29-year-old mother from Columbus, Georgia said when she met her newborn son, Liam, she felt "shock more than anything."

"I started freaking out because I had never been around a little boy and didn't know much about raising one."

The photos were taken by Crouch's family friend and photographer Neely Ker-Fox.

"In my six years of being a birth photographer and over 100+ births, I've never quite caught a reaction like hers," Ker-Fox told The Huffington Post. "People sometimes don't 'get' birth photography. But one day, her son will see this photo, and the others that I took that day, and see the love and excitement that welcomed him into this world. It doesn't get much better than that."
