Planning a funeral is always heartbreaking, but for a life cut so short, the pain must be unimaginable. Unfortunately for Natalie Henderson, that was a reality she faced this year when her daughter Alice passed away.

When Natalie went to a John Lewis department store in Aberdeen, UK, to pick out clothes for her little girl to be buried in, she had an experience she wanted to share.
