November 2, 2015
80 year-old Frank Keat spent 65 years of his life working with horses. His only wish in the final days of his battle with cancer was to see his favorite horse one last time to say goodbye.

Keat's health prevented him from being transported to the stable, but the staff at Bodmin Hospital in Cornwall, England, ensured he would get a visit from his prized companion, Early Morn, before it was too late.
On Oct. 23, Keat was wheeled out to the hospital patio where Early Morn was waiting, a surprise set up by the nurses.
"I can honestly say that this is the most memorable day of my career,'' nurse Samantha Russell said. "The emotion was overwhelming and there wasn't a dry eye on the ward."
Keat died three days later.
His horse is expected to attend his funeral at the church in Cardinham on November 7.
