Jeanette and Alexander Toczko became boyfriend and girlfriend at 8 years old. After 75 years of marriage, the childhood sweethearts passed away hours apart holding each other close.

Jeanette and Alexander married in 1940. June 29 marked their 75th wedding anniversary.

"The hospice nurse said it was the most incredible thing to see the two of them taking those last breaths together," their daughter, Aimee told 10 News.

"Their hearts beat as one from as long as I can remember," Aimee added.

They left behind 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
