Hi, Everyone! I hope your day is wonderful.

It's not much, but I try to do something nice whenever I can.

Yesterday, we were at a store and I went in for a few things as my better half and our pup were in the truck. As I was walking back to the truck, I was about to pass a woman who appeared a bit older than I am (in my 50s), and she was struggling just to move her shopping bags into the the back of her vehicle.

She had only 1 little bag and her purse left in the child seat part of the cart as I was walking up. When she looked at it and then down the few cars to the shopping cart return area, I could see the exhaustion in her expression.

So, even with several bags myself, I said, "Dear, if you get your purse and your last bag, I'll put the cart away for you."

I mean it was on my way toward my own vehicle anyway.

The smile she gave as her whole face lit up and she said, "Thank you," and I said, "you're welcome," was enough to keep me happy for awhile as well.
