I've been dealing with car issues recently. My alternator went out and after I had it maybe 3 weeks, that one went out as well. It's been repaired again.

Anyway, my coworkers were incredible in giving me rides to and from work so I didn't have to take any time off.

My mobile mechanic even dropped me off and picked me up (yes, he was compensated for it even though he didn't ask!) and another regular at my local Italian joint gave me a lift home last night.

There are still kind and good people out there and I'm so grateful for their help the last few weeks.

As Mr. Rogers said, "Look for the helpers."

And I will be paying it forward however I can.
