My Therapist Got Me Chocolate For My Birthday Because Of One Throwaway Comment

My therapist got me a (ridiculous) amount of chocolate for my birthday because she remembered ONE throwaway comment from months ago.

I carry chocolate with me at all times because of the effects it has on mood, my original prospective career was in neuroscience and this stuff really interested me.

I nerded out a tiny bit over the reactions that happen in one of our sessions a while back.

"Did you know that eating chocolate produces an effect comparable to that of a love response?" and it seemed to interest her, too. We moved on from that discussion in about 30 seconds, I forgot that I told her about the chocolate thing at all until today.

You are what you feed your mind, so make sure it's chocolate.
