I Just Want To Share What Happened To Me Today

I just want to share what happened to me today.
I phoned my energy provider to arrange a payment plan as money is extremely tight. They helped me set up a payment plan and we ended the call.
About 20mins later a supervisor phoned me back as she wanted to help me more. She ended up completely clearing one of my energy bills and left me in tears.
I've never had something like this happen to me.
I'm so appreciative of this lady for her help today.
