Avoid Conflicts, Stay Happy

"If you want to win over the adversaries or enemies, don't lock head to head. Just grow out beyond their reaches. You will be ever victorious."
We have to live with our friends and adversaries equally. It is an inevitable condition where we have to face criticism or conflicts in our work places or business and professional arena.
Don't pull the matters farther where the personal egos are involved, it steals away what ever the little inner happiness we have, we can't be complacent.
Just avoid the frivolous arguments which are of no use for our personal growth. Don't hit the rival point repeatedly, our energies become wasted on such petty things and gradually our strength would be diluted. It hamper our journey towards success.
Often the personal egos obscure our vision of reasoning and intellect, where we become blind and lose our original path to travel upon.
Last week I happened to come across a story in old books. "Heracles the Greek mythological Hero was known for his super human strength and valour, one day he was going along a path, few minutes after he saw a small thing in Apple size lying down on the path. Although It was too insignificant to contradict and did not hinder his journey, he put his foot on it and bruised. At once it grew on double the size of the original. Heracles got wild and hit with his fist. It expanded still, he was infuriated and started hitting with his club. The more he hit the thing, it grew larger and larger to a size of mountain finally it stood across his path.
Suddenly from the sky, Athena the Angel of reasoning and intellect appeared before Heracles and said, " Stop it Heracles, the thing you are hitting is the Spirit of Strife. The more you hit, more it grow larger. Leave it alone, it will subside on its own" he followed her words and resumed his journey.
This is one of the best anecdote to explain how the things or circumstances go beyond our control when kicked on small issues continuously. Even little things grow bigger and wipe out our peace of mind.
Hence be kindhearted, forgive the petty acts those done to you by others. The magnanimity of forgetting wrong deeds of others bestow you with pleasant and joyful mind
