How It Works
A nurse figure spins in circles with a cup in hand, encouraging donations. When a coin is dropped into the slot, the machine springs to life—sending the coin to a “sick patient,” whose mouth opens wide to swallow it.
The patient then slowly rises and beams with a smile.
