Mom Shares Hilarious First School Photos Of Her 2-Year-Old

September 18, 2024

In a post that’s taken the internet by storm, mom Keishaun Anderson shared her 2-year-old son’s first-ever school photos—and the results are absolutely hilarious.

Anderson posted the photos on X (formerly Twitter), captioning it, "yall my son took his first school pictures." The post quickly went viral, racking up over 17 million views as people couldn’t stop laughing at the unexpected outcome.

When Anderson went to pick up her son from school on September 10, she had no idea what was in store. The teacher, who had been holding the photo printout, greeted her with laughter.

“She had a paper in her hand and she just kind of held it close to her and started laughing,” Anderson recalled. “And I was like, ‘Wait, what’s wrong?’ When she handed me the pictures, I was lost for words.”

The photos have taken off online, with viewers already turning the images into memes.

For some extra context, Anderson explained that this wasn’t even the outfit she had planned for her son’s big picture day.

“Okay, FURTHER context: this was not the outfit I sent him with for picture day,” Anderson shared in a follow-up post. “His class’s picture day was the day before, and he had on a nice outfit! They didn’t tell me he pulled this same sh*t that day, so I didn’t know he was going to retake it today.”

Viewers loves the authenticity of the moment, showing that sometimes, even the unplanned moments can create memories—and laughs—that last a lifetime.
