Woman Learns Important Painting Tip At Her Husband's Expense

A woman is hoping her husband will see the humor in her mistake after attempting to paint the closet doors on her own.

Debra Collingwood decided to update the brown wooden doors with a nice coat of bright white paint.
However, she didn't think to take the clothes out of the closet first and the paint went straight through the gaps.

Debra shared the photos of her handiwork to the Facebook group "DIY On A Budget Official" where it's been well received.
"It's hubby's wardrobe so I hope he finds it as funny," she wrote. "I will definitely be emptying mine when I do it."
