An otter named Svenn is spending the rest of his days with a wonderful family in Norway and their pugs.
"Wanna play fetch?"
Svenn was adopted by the family on a cold winter's day after being found all alone near his mother who died.
Since then he's been raised with three pugs.
Svenn even goes on walks with his pug roommates... in his own way.
