The Rohnert Park Police Department in Rohnert Park, California, located a missing special needs resident and shared a powerful photo on their Facebook page.
Officer Justin Thompson found the man all alone along a creek path and showed the man nothing but compassion.
The department wrote that Thompson "is really feeling the love today".
