Dad Who Works From Home Keeps Awarding His Dog With Employee Of The Quarter

Michael Reeg, a distribution sales manager for a hardware company, has been presenting his dog Meeka with the "Employee Of The Quarter" award every single quarter since he began working from home.

Michael's daughter, Madison, thought it was hilarious and shared a photo of the first award on her Twitter account.

One year later, Madison posted an update.

"My dad kept the tradition going... Meeka for employee of the quarter... every quarter"

Michael told The Dodo working from home has its challenges and Meeka really helped him make the adjustment.

"It's quiet here. You need to get yourself fired up and excited about the day. Having a faithful companion in the office certainly helps.

"There are times that I'll even talk to her as I work through a problem or map out a customer solution. I try out my sales pitches and presentations on her."
