This Veterinarian Sings To His Patients Before And After Surgery
May 13, 2017
Dr. Ross Henderson of Fox Hollow Animal Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado, uses a non-traditional method to comfort his patients before and after surgery. He brings out the acoustic guitar and sings them a tune.
Henderson thinks the music, and the individual attention, helps the animals feel calmer and safer while they are at the hospital — which can be an unfamiliar and sometimes scary place to be.
