"Lunch with my BFF's... I missed my Uncle Phil today," Smith wrote.
Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton, also shared a photo of the group on Instagram.
"Always amazing to spend an afternoon with my Fresh Prince family," he wrote. "Wishing that James Avery was still with us to make this complete."
