She Didn't Want Her Resume To End Up In The Trash... So She Created This
March 26, 2014
Leah wanted a fun way to stand out to agencies and keep her resume out of the trash can. She always loved LEGO so she created a LEGO version of herself in her interview suit along with this resume set to highlight her creativity, skills and initiative.
She deserves to be hired immediately...
I started by designing myself in my interview suit as a miniscale figure.
I made custom instructions that highlight my skills throughout the build, but because it has multiple pages I didn't take a picture.
I then created a simple package design for the set with my extremely basic graphic design "skills".
I've only made two sets so far, this is really only for agencies that are dream opportunities, but I tried to customize each one based on the agency's branding and colors.
One agency specifically requested a persuasive advertisement, so I made an 11x17 poster to "advertise" my miniscale me as well as my skills!
The final products of a weekend of hard work, ready to be sent out!
I'm almost certain she's going places. Let's get her some attention by sharing this on Facebook!
