NBC's popular family drama This Is Us has given the world a stunning portrayal of what it's like to live with anxiety. A character on the hit show suffered from a panic attack this week—and the portrayal was spot-on.
"This was a pretty accurate portrayal," Dr. James Murrough, an assistant professor of psychiatry and neuroscience at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, told Health Magazine. "When you're experiencing a panic attack, it can feel like you're dying or losing your mind."
