He had just come back from hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and found himself homeless. He tried living out of his car but he needed more room. So he scoped out a 10x10x6 storage unit and created his temporary home. The cost of rent on the unit was $205 a month, and he only put $100 into making the space super efficient.
