Conni says her Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever's favorite thing to do when she visits Gaston Lake in Virginia is HERD the waves.

"She literally waits for boats to ride by and then runs back and forth barking at the wake that hits the bulkhead. That HAS to be the herding instinct! I can't imagine what else would possess her! She LOVES it, it is her favorite past time."
