Technology is incredible, but only if used in moderation. You can't let it consume you.

Facebook is wonderful for friends and families to stay connected, to laugh and find inspiring stories. But it can easily be abused with selfishness, negativity, and rude comments. Or when it becomes so consuming that you base your mood on how many "likes" you have.
