This 77 Year-Old Power Lifting Grandma Has The Right Outlook On Life

77 year-old Willie Murphy didn't want to let old age stop her from being able to pick up her grandchildren, or carry in her own groceries.
Murphy competed in track and field for seniors, but wanted an edge in life. She started weight training four years ago, and little by little, she got stronger and stronger.
"That's the way I live my life, just trying to do my best."
