Syndroom, the Dutch foundation that helped Twan Vermeulan meet "The Hoff", helps people with Down syndrome, autistic disorders and other syndromes fulfill their ambitions, dreams and fantasies.
As their adventure together winded to a close, Hasselhoff was so touched he had to wipe a tear from his eye.
The video starts off in Dutch, but once David and Twan meet, it continues in English. It's worth the wait.
