The Cards Are Against Humanity... But The Money Is Not. This Company Continues To Shock Everyone
January 2, 2014

This time it's not their cards that are shocking us; it's their actions.
Last month, 100,000 people paid Cards Against Humanity $12 to receive 12 mystery gifts over a span of 12 days. On the tenth day, Cards Against Humanity donated everyone's dollar to public school classrooms across the United States.
If you haven't heard of Cards Against Humanity, it's a multiplayer card game that generates tons of laughs by setting up completely inappropriate statements. It's an extreme version of the family friendly game, Apples To Apples.
According to their website, "Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends."

An example of Cards Against Humanity
Using Donorschoose.org, an online charity that lets anyone help students in need, Cards Against Humanity donated the $100,000 to fund projects in high poverty classrooms around the country.
$100,249.94 to be exact. That was enough money to back nearly 300 projects and help over 38,000 students!
From the Cards Against Humanity website:
"If you like what we did with the profits from the 12 Days of Holiday Bullshit, you can join us in buying supplies for public school classrooms on Donorschoose.org. It makes you feel good, the kids write you thank you notes, and it's a better use of your money than buying a bunch of bullshit you don't need. We're all in this together.
Happy Holidays."
