A lost dog was found trapped between massive concrete blocks in Alexandria, where it remained for a month.

Exchanging shifts, a group of Alexandrians volunteered to help her with water and food until they found help to pull the dog out.

After a few weeks, the fire department and a contracting company arrived with machinery to carefully move the blocks.

The process took five long days.
