78-Year-Old Grandma Couldn't Get Out Of Her Chair, Now She Deadlifts 225 Pounds At The Gym
April 6, 2016
A video of a 78-year-old woman lifting 225 pounds of weights in a gym has already been liked 75,500 times.

Within two years, Shirley Webb's weekly exercise routine switched from mowing the lawn in her house to lifting over 200lb weights.
Shirley is from East Alton, Illinois. She decided to join her local gym because she had a hard time getting up from the chair and had to hold on from the handrail in order to go up and down the stairs.
One day she simply decided to change her life and boost her strength.

Currently, she has the Illinois record for lifting 200+lb in weight and age groups.
"When I go to the gym and work out, when I leave, I feel so much better than I did when I went in, and I just feel so good. I feel tremendous," Shirley said.
