December 30, 2015

This is the heartwarming moment that a young boy orphaned by a suicide bombing in Lebanon met his hero, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Haidar lost both his parents last month when a suicide bomber detonated a device in the Bourj el Barajneh suburb of Beirut, and his plight was brought to Real Madrid's attention by a local reporter, Rana Harbi.

Ronaldo and other members of the football club arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu to surprise Haidar, who was overcome by emotion as he met his idol.
