The Super Bowl Taught Me An Invaluable Lesson
By tim • February 6, 2017
This Super Bowl taught me an invaluable lesson: Just because you're down so much, and have people counting you out...that if you live in the present moment, and take it step-by-step, you can overcome the odds.
For anyone who watched, you saw what happened at halftime. When the Patriots were down 21-3 we were reminded by the commentators that no team in Super Bowl history has overcome a 10 point deficit, let alone 18. People on Twitter were already celebrating the Falcons' victory, and those who made bets against the Patriots were already telling the world what they'll buy with the money they win.
Though as we saw, the Patriots took the situation step-by-step, play-by-play, and one-by-one.
