Shopping For Calendars
By Your Friend • December 28, 2015
Every year, usually sometime after boxing day my dad and I go to the calendar store. This year we went on boxing day. We ended up buying 5 calendars. The store had this deal on where you buy 2 calendars and get 1 free. The woman standing behind us was buying 1 calendar. My dad noticing this offered to pay for her calendar. She said no, confused at the kindness shown buy my dad whom she had never met. The woman behind the counter told the woman next in line saying that my dad could get the calendar for her for free. She ended up agreeing and gave her calendar to my dad and saving $10. We usually do this at the calendar store each year. when my dad gave the calendar back to her he said that it was a late Christmas present.
