Seeking For Happiness And Fighting With Myself
By Pam • September 15, 2014
I have been undergoing anxiety for nearly more than one year. It started in my 40's. I have also been a person who lived by ticking off my boxes and wanting to everything to be perfect. I had lost my mum at 16 and never mourned her death though. Always wanted to be strong and do things and achieve. I left my family and migrated to another country. Now I have a great family and job but keep looking worrying about things in life. I have not been able to accept the fact that I have an issue. I am always looking for issues to worry about and keep getting anxious for no particular reason. I like to keep reminding myself that I have issues to solve and keep getting anxious about them. I am now trying to accept my condition and live with it. Once we accept who we are and have inner peace it make a lot of difference to one self.
