Why We're Here
By Scooter • May 13, 2015
I was sitting in the hot tub one evening dwelling on our purpose on this planet and I asked God, why am I here, what am I supposed to do. He answered... Serve. Serve your friends, serve your neighbors, serve your fellow man. (I was already serving my family and I guess He knew that). So from that day forward, I've been doing all I can to help my fellow humans. If any of my neighbors need a helping hand or advice, I give. If there's a person on the street corner desperate for assistance, I give. If someone is broken down on the side of the road, I give. The world could be a much better place if we all help each other. We're all connected but going through our own journeys. If we could recognize this and relate to our fellow humans, we could make this planet a much nicer place to live. Where would you be today if you hadn't had help along the way? We all need the assistance of our brothers and sisters. We can try to do things on our own, but it's so much nicer when we have help and company.
Gandhi said, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world."
Things won't change unless we change them. If you want to see less war, violence and anger in the world, spread love. Love is the answer. When more than half of the humans on this planet have love for one another, the vibrational energy of the planet will increase and we will experience a dimensional change for the better. Be the change; spread love, not suspicion or hate. Everyone has good in them... we just need to bring it out and help them realize that they're good.
