"We've always been really close with Collin, he's such a great kid. But to see this transformation in his physique, it's so great for his health. He's just done such an outstanding job," Tammi Hargett, Collin's neighbor told 14 News.
Collin's coach, Glenn Ubelhor, says Collin has made an awe-inspiring transformation.

"The improvements in his cognitive abilities, his social skills, his diction has improved. And a lot of people have the misconception that bodybuilding is done out of vanity, or it's self-serving, Collin has proved that is not the case," Ubelhor said.
Collin says his bodybuilding career is far from over.
"I'm gonna keep on bodybuilding. It's my dream. In a long time, the Arnold Classic. I'll keep on doing this," said Collin.
Collin also went home with the "Most Inspirational" prize.
