Compton is often associated with a crime filled past and rap music, but there's a side to this California town that not many people know about: horseback riding.
The Compton Junior Posse Youth Equestrian Program is a riding program for inner-city youth to help get them away from the lure of drugs and away from the culture of street crime through horses and riding.
The program has helped these "Compton Cowboys" build the strength of character to re-focus their lives in a positive way.
