Vintage bottles of perfume can still be found in the apartment's two bathrooms. Agent Lauri Rosenbloom, who is in charge of selling the condo, said the bottles are older even though she's not sure what era they came from.

One of the original three bedrooms is decorated in the same shade of bright green, which appears to be the penthouse's trademark hue.

The inside of the closet is lined with patterned wallpaper that combines shades of bright green, yellow, black and white. Patterns of this type were popular when the apartment was built over 40 years ago.

The condo covers 1,877 square feet and includes two bathrooms and three bedrooms - two of which have been combined to make a large family room. Six green chairs are arranged around a mirror table in the dining room area.

The kitchen is also decorated with patterned wallpaper, this time in shades of turquoise, beige and yellow. It's an eat-in kitchen complete with a table and chairs, and it also has a large walk-in pantry.

The condo's second bathroom brings a pop of orange to the apartment with touches of dark and light grey. More vintage bottles of perfume are lined on the shelves.
