Alan Rickman Wrote This Letter To Empire Magazine After He Spoke As Severus Snape For The Last Time

"A lifetime seems to have passed in minutes."

Alan Rickman, who recently passed away at the age of 69 from cancer, will be remembered for so many wonderful roles. One of those memorable roles is Severus Snape in the Harry Potter films.

In April 2011, Rickman penned this heartfelt goodbye letter to Empire Records:
